When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. Many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon check in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at check out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-8PM, Saturday 10AM-4PM and closed Sunday.
